Altie122 Studios, LLC is a company formed for digital goods, digital entertainment, and software. Everything you've come to expect from me, Altie, in the past!

Why did I form the company?

I, Alton Rose (Altie), formed Altie122 Studios, LLC mostly because of the security that owning an LLC provides me personally.

Over the last few years I have been planning, building, and releasing new projects all the time. However, I have never fully completed or monetized any of them due to:

• the lack of ability to charge money (making and hosting projects isn't free, you know), and
• the inability to separate the assets of the (now) company from my personal assets.

What will change?

Almost nothing will change, other than the fact that every Altie122-related website will now have a footer stating that the given project is owned by Altie122 Studios, LLC.

What about the YouTube and Twitch channels?

My YouTube and Twitch channels will be staying separate from Altie122 Studios, LLC for the foreseeable future. As of now, I have no plans to move the Altie122 YouTube and Twitch channels to the company.

The altie122.xyz domain is going to remain my personal domain. I am working on getting Altie122 Studios, LLC its own domain; however, it may take a bit of time. For now, both entities will be sharing this website until I can move Altie122 Studios, LLC over to its own domain.

What about [enter project name]?

All projects, including but not limited to BCUW, DrigonFlow, and YT-TO-YTNOCOOKIE, will be moved under the ownership of Altie122 Studios, LLC. BCUW and YT-TO-YTNOCOOKIE will stay open source¹ and free.

Misc

Altie122 Studios, LLC is going to charge money in the near future. This will come in a single subscription with 4 tiers:

• Free
• $5 USD/mo
• $10 USD/mo
• $15 USD/mo

We are going to make the free tier as generous as we can before running into a net negative. We will NEVER completely lock access to any of our services behind a paywall, with the exception of pre-release services. Some features may be locked behind a paywall or have limits put in place for free users.

We will also be rolling out authentication within the month. Anyone age 16 and up, and located in the United States, will be able to make an account. We will be constantly working toward adding more countries to the list. With this account you will be able to sign in to and use any service owned by Altie122 Studios, LLC².

We are also committed to minimizing the use of generative AI in our services. We will NEVER have AI completely write code or posts for Altie122 Studios, LLC. We may use AI for the following:

• AI tab-completion when programming—this greatly increases the rate of production without giving most, if not all, control to an AI.
• Spell and grammar checking and fixing. we will be running most, if not all, blog posts through an AI agent to check and fix spelling and grammar.

Until the first of the year, all relevant altie122.xyz domains will be redirecting to studios.altie122.xyz domains, on the first all redirects, with the exception of yt-to-ytnocookie, will be taken down, please fix any links or bookmarks before 1/1/2026 to prevent the links and bookmarks from being broken.
